Mathematics and Statistics (Ages 13-15)

Math is all around us! We’ll leave the paper and pencils behind and discover how we can use math to predict, explain, and define the world we live in. Participants will learn about how scientists, mathematicians, and statisticians apply mathematical principals through real-world examples, and will try their hand at building a mathematical model related to their own interests.

This is a drop-off program, and caregivers are not required to remain on-site at the EcoTarium. Please note that the program fee does not include admission to the museum, and all students must have an admission ticket, be a member of the EcoTarium, or have a membership from a reciprocal institution.
