Why do cities heat up faster than forests? Explore the concept of albedo, test surface temperatures, and learn how to design cooler cities with smart solutions.

This is a single-session program that will take place from 10:30-11:30 AM on Friday, November 21.

Caregivers are required to attend class with students. Younger siblings are welcome to be in the classroom during the program. Please note that the program fee does not include admission to the museum, and all individuals on-site must have an admission ticket, be a member of the EcoTarium, or have a membership from a reciprocal institution.
