Zoo and You (Ages 6-8)

Discover how different animals eat, move, communicate, and play as we learn about the EcoTarium’s resident animals! Participants will learn about animal welfare, habitats, and enrichment in partnership with an expert EcoTarium zookeeper and live animal ambassador. Together we’ll discover the challenges and rewards of animal care.

Caregivers are required to attend class with students. Younger siblings are welcome to be in the classroom during the program. Please note that the program fee does not include admission to the museum, and all individuals on-site must have an admission ticket, be a member of the EcoTarium, or have a membership from a reciprocal institution.
