Animal Adaptations (Ages 6-8)

Do you and a turtle eat the same food? Could you share the same home as a fox? Discover which characteristics and behaviors help animals move, hunt, and survive. Meet a live EcoTarium ambassador animal, explore the amazing ways it’s adapted to its ecosystem, and handle skulls, pelts, and more!

Caregivers are required to attend class with students. Younger siblings are welcome to be in the classroom during the program. Please note that the program fee does not include admission to the museum, and all individuals on-site must have an admission ticket, be a member of the EcoTarium, or have a membership from a reciprocal institution.
